Location:
The cemetery is located on the Harpswell Islands Road adjacent to the Orrs Island Meeting House, Roughly in the center of the island. The GPS address is 1585 Harpswell Islands Road.

Directions:
From Brunswick there are these two driving options:

At Bowdoin College:
Go south on Route 123 (Harpswell Street)/Harpswell Neck Road) 6.5 miles to the traffic light at Mountain Road. Turn left and go 2.6 miles to State Route 24 (Harpswell Islands Road). Turn right, go 2.9 miles to the cemetery.

At the Cook's Corner Exit of US 1
Go south on State Route 24 (Gurnet Road/Harpswell Islands Road) 11 miles to the cemetery.

Parking:
Limited parking is available adjacent to the meeting house and along the highway close to the cemetery fence. At the south end of the cemetery is a paved driveway leading to the Intervale Terrace. There is limited parking at the foot of the driveway.

Visiting:
The cemetery will be open to visiting from sunrise to sunset except on severly stormy days or when closure is posted. Closing all or a portion of the cemetery may occur during funerals, memorial events or construction and maintenance periods.

Basic Rules:
Visitors are asked to faithfully observe the rules posted at the cemetery. The rules provide that:

Persons entering the Cemetery do so at their own risk. The association assumes no responsibility for injury to persons or damage to property.

Prior approval of the Association is required for any funeral, memorial service, or public event held in the Cemetery.

No grave opening, interment or disinterment of human remains or cremains, placement or removal of grave markers, planting, or alteration of Cemetery property is permitted unless approved by the Cemetery's Superintendent

Only natural flowers and seasonal evergreen wreaths may be placed on burial sites. No artificial flowers or decorative objects are permitted. Flowers must be in unbreakable containers. Non-conforming decorations will be removed.

No vehicles other than funeral and authorized maintenance and construction vehicles may park or drive on landscaped areas.
